Why not hire full-time personnel?

The annual median cost of a full-time senior-level developer or architect is $120,000. As an employer you're also required to pay benefits.  Aside from that you are paying one person for one specific skillset, here at DCMIT our AI assigns out the best developer or architect for the job while the work is present.

With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying when you have work available for them.

How does the pause subscription feature work?

We understand you may not have enough developer, architect, or support work to fill up an entire month. To best support you, we have set up our subscriptions to have a pause feature.

Billing cycles are based on 30 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used  in the future.

How do I submit ticket requests?

Is there a limit on how many tickets we can submit?

Once subscribed,  you are able to submit as many requests as needed, but they will worked on one at a time in order to ensure work is completely in a timely fashion.

What is the turn around on tickets?

On average, when a ticket is received there should be a resolution within 2-3 business days. However, if the request is more complex it can take additional time 

What services do you offer?

We offer Microsoft 365 architecture, SharePoint development, Power Platform Development (examples: model driven Power apps, dataverse, power bi), Power Automate Workflow development, AI (example: power virtual agents), and basic IT Support

Are there refunds if there is an issue with service?

Due to the high level and senior technical services provide, there will be no refunds.

Once you're subscribed, you will have the ability to create a client account on our website. There you will find our ticketing process form. Once submitted our AI assigns out the ticket to the best available team member, and you will receive automated updates based on the status of your ticket.
